Identity verification
Government ID is required before a profile can browse at all. No exceptions, no shortcuts — this applies equally to free and paid members.

Not just paying — personally background-checked and reviewed before they ever see a match. Payment alone has never kept anyone safe; verification does. This page is what that actually means, in practice.
Membership is never granted on payment alone. Every profile, free or paid, passes through the same review before it becomes visible to anyone else.

A private background check runs on every application. Results are never shown on your profile — they exist only to keep the platform honest.
A member of our trust and safety team reads every application personally. Nothing is approved by an algorithm alone.
Blocking is instant and permanent, and requires no explanation.
Every report is read by a person on our trust and safety team — not silently closed by a filter. Blocking is instant and permanent, and requires no explanation.
Tools built into the platform, not bolted on after.
Every member photo you view carries a faint mark identifying you specifically — so a leaked or screenshotted copy is traceable back to who took it. Right-click-save and drag are disabled too. No web technique can block a photo of the screen itself; this makes leaking one traceable instead.
A Black member can opt to be invisible to everyone below Black tier — excluded from Discover, Search, and direct profile links alike. Silver and Gold can still request access; the member decides who gets in.
Your real photo stays hidden until you personally approve someone to see it — even after you've matched.
Blocking is instant, silent, and permanent — the other person is never told you did it, and never sees you again.
Black members can set any conversation to auto-delete after a chosen window — for both sides, permanently.
Gold and Black members can keep a private note about anyone — visible only to them, never to the person it's about.
